AMI Workshop

Special Yoga Workshops conducted by experienced teachers having in depth knowledge and  expertise in the relevant area of yoga practice.

While we have 600 plus participants who practice yoga in various ongoing batches, we also conduct special workshops to render a more intensive and focused learning experience to our participants.

The duration of the workshops vary from 10 sessions to 24 sessions of one hour each depending on the subject of the workshop.


AMI Prevention & Management of Hypothyroidism Workshop

AMI Neuro Yoga Workshop

This is a Signature workshop of AMI Yoga.

Neuro Yoga refers to practices and activities that aim to enhance cognitive function, mental clarity, and overall brain health. These practices can help improve memory, concentration, focus, and emotional well-being through specific techniques and exercises that target the brain’s functioning and promote mental agility.

AMI Neuro Yoga Program is a set of scientifically designed practices which has helped 400+ students become sharper, more agile and creative.

AMI Pranayama and Meditation Workshop

This workshop is a guided exploration of meditation and pranayama techniques, carefully curated to help participants unlock the potent benefits of these ancient practices. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner seeking to deepen your experience or a beginner looking to embark on your meditation and pranayama journey, this workshop welcomes all levels of experience.

Pranayama, the science of breath control, is a cornerstone of this workshop. Participants will explore various pranayama techniques from basic to advanced, designed to calm the mind, increase energy levels, and enhance mental clarity.

The workshop begins with an introduction to meditation, demystifying the practice and making it accessible to all to move on to more advanced meditations.

AMI Mudra Workshop

This enlightening workshop is a gateway to the world of mudras, a unique practice rooted in the ancient traditions of yoga. Mudras are simple gestures or symbols but have a deep science behind them. Mudras help to manipulate the flow of energy in our body and create situations of peace, happiness and joy within. The word “Mudra” means “that which brings happiness”.

In this workshop you will learn a diverse array of mudras tailored to address specific physical, mental, and emotional needs. From stress reduction to enhancing focus, these mudras offer versatile tools for everyday life

AMI Chakra Balancing Workshop

The chakras or psychic centres are subtle, high powered energy centres in the body. They receive and store the cosmic prana and act as switches for illumining the higher faculties of consciousness. The chakras are associated with specific nerve plexuses, endocrine glands and organs of the body and thus influence every aspect of our being.

This is a journey of in-depth exploration of your chakras, their unique qualities, and how they impact your life.  You will learn a variety of techniques, including meditation, visualization, mantra chanting, asanas and pranayamas, designed to activate, cleanse, and harmonize your chakras.

AMI Posture Alignment Workshop

Good posture is a core pillar to maintain overall health just like right eating, restful sleeping, and proper exercise. Posture alignment involves maintaining a balanced and efficient posture that minimizes strain on the muscles, joints, and ligaments, allowing for optimal function and movement.

Whether it’s the result of sitting at a desk all day, looking down at a smartphone, lounging on a couch or genetics, poor posture is afflicting people of all ages. It results in various problems like aches and pains, spinal misalignment, digestive and breathing issues, fatigue & poor body image and confidence.

AMI Wellness for Women Beyond 40

This is a special yoga workshop designed exclusively for women on their journey beyond 40. Life brings new chapters and experiences as women age, and this workshop is tailored to support their well-being, vitality, and inner strength during this phase of life.  It aims help manage hormonal changes that often occur during this life stage, contributing to better mood and overall health.
