Menopause is defined as the cessation of menstrual cycles for at least 12 consecutive months.

While menopause is a natural part of a woman’s life, it’s essential to recognize the diverse experiences and changes that may accompany it.

At the biological level, cessation of menstrual cycle brings various physiological changes due to the decease of estrogen and progesterone from the ovaries.

At psychological aspect this phase represents changes in family setup. It involves more responsibility of older parents and if children are moving out for studies or work, then that can leave a vacuum for the woman resulting in Empty Nest Syndrome.

The Workshop is 3 months long. There are a total of 24 sessions which are 1 hour each

The workshop costs Rs.3500. It’s kept at a low price since we want it to reach the maximum amount of people

If you miss a session, you can access a recording. But we recommend live classes for the best experience 🙂

Each class has 2 teachers. The main teacher takes the practices, while the support teacher will help you with corrections and any other assistance you need
