Participant Feedback
I attended the Thyroid workshop 2 years back when my tsh levels had crossed 7…. The doctor suggested I increase the thyroid medicine dosage but I decided to wait and try the Thyroid Yoga workshop. After the workshop my tsh level had dropped to 4.5 which made me feel so much better. The workshop was a combination of asanas meditation and pranayama focused on the throat chakra and Thyroid. I would definitely do this workshop again.
