Prana is the vital life force or energy that permeates the universe.  Although closely related to our breath, it is much more subtle.

 Pranayama, derived from the Sanskrit words “prana” (life force) and “ayama” (extension or control). It refers to the practice of utilizing breathing techniques to influence the flow of prana in the nadis or energy channels of the Pranamaya Kosha or energy body.

Meditation is the art of stilling the mind. Through focused attention or mindfulness, one transcends distractions and connects with the present moment. Meditation nurtures inner calm, resilience, and self-awareness.

You will learn the right technique of breathing and understand its importance

Suryanamaskars and Asanas with breath coordination will be done to warm up the body and feel the energy flowing

PREPARATORY BREATHING PRACTICES

Special breathing practices to improve lung capacity and prepare the body for pranayama

PRANAYAMA

Around 50 different types of Pranayamas including their variations will be practiced, starting from basic and moving on to advanced practices

MUDRAS AND BANDHAS

You will learn some mudras to make subtle changes to the energy body. You will also learn bandhas and incorporate them in the pranayama practices

MEDITATION

You will learn a variety of meditations like visualization, contemplative, on the breath, on mantra, yoga nidra and more

The Workshop is 3 months long. There are a total of 24 sessions which are 1 hour each

If you’d like to still get recordings and watch at your own pace, you can do that too 🙂

The workshop costs Rs.3500. It’s kept at a low price since we want it to reach the maximum amount of people

If you miss a session, you can access a recording. But we recommend live classes for the best experience 🙂

Each class has 2 teachers. The main teacher takes the practices, while the support teacher will help you with corrections and any other assistance you need
