I completed my TTC from AMI Yoga in Oct 2020 & now I am a Neuro Yoga Teacher.
Till I joined this course, I never knew about such an interesting and important concept about Brain Health.
The Teacher Training course is completely based & focused on Brain Health.
The course is divided in two parts, theory part like brain anatomy, its functions, brain disorders etc. & practical part which includes lots of practices/exercises to keep our brain sharp, alert, focused, etc.
Theory and Practical are integral part of the course, but I liked practical part the most. The practices are very interesting but also challenging.
My most favourite session was, “How to Conduct Neuro Yoga Class”…which gives clarity about planning an hour long Neuro Yoga class.
Another important part of the course was, Meditation and Pranayam..
Through the course I could learn new techniques of Meditation like Visualisation Meditation ,Memory Meditation (Addition-Deletion) which keeps our brain alert.
Meditation through 5 senses is a Novelty for the Brain…!!
Lastly, all the Teachers and Guest Teachers made the topics and concepts very easy to understand. Learning was never boring!!
This course added an edge to my passion of having my own Professional Venture of Neuro Yoga Classes and the knowledge learned has helped all my clients and participants to improve their Brain Health.
