Hi I am Mrs.Lakshmy Ramachandran A Senior Citizen Diabetic Type 2 for past 15 yrs.At present in Canada on a holiday trip enjoying with my family. I am associated with AMI Yoga Solutions for over 3 yrs. AMI Yoga Online Platform not only helped me in regulating my Sugar Levels to Normalcy but also Motivated & Inspired me to live a Relaxed Blissful Life

I prefer online Yoga class to Offline as it gives me comfort of doing it from my home.Time is saved in to and fro travelling. The teachers are so nice and demonstration of every 'Asana'is perfect that there is no difficulty in understanding and following them.They also give attention and correct the person who is doing it in a wrong way.

To my initial surprise, I found the online classes gave me excellent individual attention and engaged my interest deeply. The sharing and discussion of relevant material for thought is an added bonus. In addition to the classes, which all have wonderful and friendly teachers, I was able to continue my classes during my current long stay overseas. I feel that the online mode is more convenient, interactive and engaging.

Online classes give a personalized experience. Correction of each asana to perfection is possible! One to one connect between student & teacher as well is beautiful. Most importantly it saves time!

I wonder what would have happened if yoga classes were not held online during pandemic, when people were scared to travel, be in crowded enclosed rooms, interact with others. At the same time they needed to maintain good health through physical exercise, breathing practices and more importantly manage depression and anxiety through meditation to face Covid 19 spread. AMI Yoga initiated "Ease of doing yoga" through online classes. I love it!
